I’m Audrey and, thanks to yoga and meditation practice, I invite you to a personal journey during which you will learn to welcome your emotions. 

For an individual class or a collective one in Málaga (Andalusia, Spain) let’s meet to share beautiful yogic moments. You can also find more information about our retreats in Spain, France or Mexico.
